thanks for you replies angela. i dont know about you, but i feel distinctly short changed by neo, especially after the volume 11 pre-launch promotions. it feels like neo fell way behind any development schedule skylum may have been operating under and they just decided it was better to launch something, rather than nothing. big mistake, in my view. they should have come clean, delayed the launch by a year and offered refunds, if necessary. my guess is that most people would have left their money in and waited for the full product. as it is, skylum have really messed up with their launch, not to mention all the sales lost to neo. oh well, hindsight is a wonderful thing - least i can do is use the program, despite all that. i'd also like to know the status of the first version of skylum's new software tool, skya, at least. anyone know?

the quality of the product, as well as the service provided, was excellent. a couple of suggestions for improvement: when i originally placed my order i was offered to choose between two options: pro and pro100. i chose the latter and since then, i had to wait a bit for my order to be shipped. now, with the pro300, i was offered to choose between pro100 and pro300. i feel that this is a bit confusing and i would suggest to offer the same options as for the pro. the pro300 comes with a few extras compared to the pro100. so if you are planning to order this product, my suggestion is to choose the pro300 instead of pro100 and get the extras.
